MODUL Gear Grinding Machines CG260 – CG400
The CG 260 and CG400 gear grinding machines are designed for generating grinding of external gears with max. diameter 260 / 400 and max. module 5 / 10 mm.
The CG260 has a rotary table with two workpiece spindles and integrated dressing unit. The machine is designed for short cycle times and mass production.
The CG400 has a rotary table with one workpiece spindle and integrated dressing unit. The machine is designed for small and medium batch sizes.
MODUL Power Skiving Machine VS250
The VS 250 power skiving machine is designed for soft and hard machining of external and internal gears. The max. nominal gear diameter is 250 mm, max total part diameter is 350 mm. The max. module is 6 mm.
Enhanced performance
The VS 250 provides sufficient tool and workpiece table speed and power for the use of carbide tools for the finish machining of hardened gears.
Maximum flexibility
The VS 250 is equipped with a 6-position tool changer and can have a workpiece tooth alignment sensor.
Automation
The VS 250 can be specified for manual loading or with automation by an integrated loading system or robot.
MODUL Power Skiving Machine CS260
The CS 260 power skiving machine is designed for soft machining of external and internal gears. The max. nominal gear diameter of internal gears is 350 mm, external gears max. 240 mm. The max. module is 5 mm.

Automation
The CS 260 can be specified for manual loading or with automation by an integrated gantry loader.
