In the field of conventional lathes alone there is a choice between a dozen or more different models. The modular design of the servo-conventional lathes, cycle-controlled and CNC controlled precision lathes enables hundreds of customer specific variations of machine tool to be produced from the20 basic models.
Numerous items of special equipment and a comprehensive range of accessories create sufficient room for manoeuvre to provide greater flexibility in meeting requirements.
Variants and accessories enable further flexible adaptations to be made tosuit the production task.
WEILER machine tools achieve a degree of concentricity downto the nearest µ-metre. With turning lengths of up to 15 metres and diameters of up to 2 metres, this represents exceptional performance.

Automated Cycles/Control
Even without programming knowledge, the smart WEILER Software will easily guide you through the program. The automated cycle feature means that you can operate your E-machine like a “conventional” manual lathe. Or you can use the geometry processor to program the workpiece contour right through to automatic calculation of the points of intersection.
